Hey Katherine ๐ I had originally added blueberries to the mix, but then decided to take them out. Thanks for letting me know the blueberries were still showing in the “steps” area. You can most definitely include the blueberries though, I am sure it will be a fantastic addition to the lemon taste!

Hi! One pancake per serving. You can eat them as a treat or for breakfast. I consider them a treat usually ๐
These small pancakes are very tasty. However, they have too much saturated fat (Coconut). I changed the full-fat milk for the lightest one possible. I also cooked with coconut oil (as vegetable oil would have burned). I put the fire slightly lower too and it was amazingly delicious.
