But I need your help. For one, I need to know if you guys would buy it. Would you?? And two, what sorts of stuff would you really want to see in a Paleo cookbook? What would make your Paleo journey easier? What does your ideal cookbook look like!?  Please, please, please share your ideas with me…I want to make the best Paleo cookbook ever and if we combine forces, we can make it happen!

  1. Hi Mariel!!! Let me confess something, I am following your recipes often, they look delicious, I personally cook a lot although I haven’t cook any of your recipes but I have gotten many of the good habits or way to eat that I think are great. I think that your cookbook is a great idea, I will consider to include level of difficulty and cooking time, haha I will go for the easy ones at the beginning. All the best!!!

    1. Hi Jaime! Thanks for your comment! I love the idea of adding cooking time and difficulty level! Great input. 🙂 Hope you try some of my recipes soon…I’d love to know when you think!

  2. Great recipe 🙂 cooked them with pork instead as that what I had in the fridge! A little homemade marinara style sauce, they were lovely.

  3. ,,,just want you to know that I made the meatballs today and they were really good. Instead of Almond meal I used Flax Seed meal because that is what I had on hand. This recipe is definitely a keeper.

    1. Hi Ronalyn! Thanks for sharing. Good to know you liked them…we like them lots too! 😉

  4. So excited you’ll be doing a cookbook!! I would totally buy it! Your recipes are delicious! And I need to make these meatballs next week!

    1. Ahhh! You’re the best! Thanks for the encouragement…I am excited too! Let me know what you think of the meatballs. 🙂

  5. hello! i am fascinated by your website! I made this last night and it really lacked taste and i only used 1lb of turkey and more than 1 teaspoon of salt ! 🙁 then i realized today that i left out the egg but i’m not sure how much difference that makes. I also used flaxseed meal bc it cost about a fourth of almond flour lol. it smelled really good but did not taste as good as they look! any tips?

    1. Hi there! I’m sorry they were bland. I would recommend that you follow the recipe to the “t” next time. 😉 You’ll see what a crazy difference it makes to use the egg and the almond flour. 🙂

  6. I just started paleo last week and this recipe was my first paleo rodeo. It was amazing! The flavors are unbelivable. Learning to live without carbs, cheese and dairy I thought would be hard, but recipes like this will make it so easy. I am going to add this link to my “favorites.”

    Good stuff!

    1. Yay! Makes me happy to know you like this recipe and that it helps you keep motivated during your Paleo journey! 🙂 You’ll see Paleo eating is the BEST! 🙂

  7. I absolutely LOVE this recipe!! It’s my family’s very favorite Paleo meal. It’s easy, simple, and delicious. I make it every week.

My only complaint is: 3 cloves of garlic for 20 meatballs?? You are clearly not Italian! Teasing. 🙂 I use about 10 cloves.

Thanks for your great blog and all your mouth-watering recipes. I would absolutely buy your cookbook.

    1. Hi Raina! Thanks for your sweet comment! I am glad you and your family like these meatballs. 🙂 🙂 Haha, you’re right…more garlic would make this recipe THAT much better! I will have to add more of it next time I make these. Funny you mention it…I actually do have Italian blood. I even have my italian passport! 😉

  8. Just made the Turkey Meatballs along side the Cauliflower mash and both came out awesome! Made for a great meal for the week. I like things spicy, so I added some hot peppers to the mash and some seasoning to the meatballs, but other than that followed the directions to the T, worked out great!

Thanks for the recipes. They’re super easy to follow and I like the back story at the beginning. Going to continue to explore the other ones on the site.

    Thanks again!
